The Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai which published the August 2017 GTE results recently has issued a fresh Notification inviting applications for the ensuing Typewriting, Shorthand and other GTE subjects to be conducted in February 2018.

The Notification goes as follows:

  Government Technical Examinations in Commerce Subjects (Typewriting, Shorthand and Accountancy) will be held during the month of February 2018. The eligible candidates from the Govt. approved Commerce (Typewriting) Institutions and Private candidates can apply. The Application with all detailed instructions, eligibility (age and educational qualification), examination fee etc. can be downloaded from 25.10.2017 from the Website www.tndte.gov.in.  

The receipt of application after the last date will be summarily rejected. This Directorate is not responsible for any delay of receipt of application sent by mail (Post).








 IMPORTANT DATES:

1 Last date for downloading Application from the Website 08.12.2017
2 Cost of Application should be paid along with  examination fees using the challan downloaded with the application and counter foil should be enclosed with the application.
Cost of application Rs. 15/-
3 Last Date for remitting the Examination Fee: 05.12.2017
4 Last Date for submission of Application with fine of Rs. 5/- 08.12.2017
5 Last Date for submission of filled up Application  with fine by Private Candidates either directly or by Post, 08.12.2017
6 Last Date for submission of application by the Govt. approved Institutions
